Summer Lessons (photo respite)

Here are some valuable lessons I learned the past few months:

To avoid a bloody stump of a foot, be very careful wearing flip-flops on escalators. Be especially careful if you are carrying a baby and luggage and have to run backwards up the escalator as it is going down in order to rescue a child. Just take the elevator.

Tankini plus two toddlers plus wave pool=bad news. I'm so hoping not to see myself and this incident on YouTube. Enough said.

Sometimes it can be a little annoying when your children keep repeating something over and over; such as, "We want to go to Chuck E. Cheese!" We happened to be standing in line for registration behind a regional manager and he was delighted by the free advertising and gave the girls a gift card for 100 free tokens. Enthusiasm pays.

The Lord compensates. The Jensens shared that with us when they visited.
