Mark Twain is quoted as saying that San Antonio is one of America’s four unique cities. We are looking forward to further exploring this area as much as we can. One colorful place we have toured is the Historic Market Square. Annie said that it reminded her of Disneyland (even though there are no rides or princesses). It is a shopping, dining and entertainment area of downtown San Antonio full of Spanish and Mexican heritage. We ate dinner at a Mexican restaurant called Mi Tierra . Even the girls loved it...which speaks volumes since they are typically not big mexican food eaters.

People don't realize what a great tool blogs can be. You can send a message to everyone at once about things you would never email and then friends can reply and let you know they have read your post and are thinking about you. It's so fun!
